Dr. Benjamin Fryer
HBa. (Kin), DC, ART®, CSCS, D.Ac, CCSS(C) resident - Chiropractor
Dr. Fryer attended the University of Western Ontario where he completed a four year Honours degree majoring in Kinesiology, with a special interest in Anatomy and Biomechanics. He continued on his educational path and graduated from the four year program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Throughout his training, Dr. Fryer earned full certification in the soft tissue technique ART® (Active Release Techniques) and Graston® Techniques. He also achieved certifications in CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), Medical Acupuncture from the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program, and Level 3 Titleist Professional Institute Certified.
Dr. Fryer has been involved in many sports in his life including football, rugby, hockey, and golf. He has experience dealing with many different sports and injuries, including national level gymnasts, dancers, figure skaters, hockey players, soccer players, golfers, and triathletes. He attended the Dudley Hewitt Cup and Royal Bank Cup as the Team Doctor for the Oakville Blades in 2008 and 2010, and then went on lead the medical clinic at the 2012 Alberta Winter Games. In 2013 he attended Team Canada East Selection camp, and in 2014 the Central Canada Cup as a team doctor. In 2015 he also attended World Jr A Challenge as team therapist for Team Canada East.
Dr Fryer is currently the Team Doctor for the Oakville Blades, Oakville Buzz, Burlington Chiefs, Mississauga Swimming, U19 Lady Hawks, and Oakville Rangers Midget AAA. He has experience treating acute/traumatic as well as chronic/reoccurring injuries.

Dr. Jeff Weekes
HBa. (Kin), DC, CSCS, ART® , Graston Technique® - Chiropractor
Dr. Weekes holds a bachelors degree in Honors Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, where he was a member of the Men's Rugby Team. He then went on to complete four years of study at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College graduating with Clinical Honors. During his training Dr. Weekes earned certifications in Graston Technique® and Active Release Technique®.
Sport and exercise have been a large part of Dr. Weekes' life for many years. This transitioned into a career in the health and fitness that started 2002 where his passion for helping people move better began. He is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dr. Weekes ran the Subaru Triathlon series post race therapy team from 2009-2013 helping athletes recover faster from their events. He has also travelled to Italy with The Cycling Centre, and attended the 2016 Canadian Senior National Championships with Team Ontario Weightlifting. His practice in Oakville includes athletes of various sports and he has experience with patients with acute as well as chronic injuries.

Dr. Jeff Belgue
B.Sc (Kin), DC, ART®, D.Ac. – Chiropractor
Dr. Jeff Belgue attended the University of Waterloo and completed a 5 year honours degree majoring in kinesiology. He then continued his education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and with clinical honours. During his training he earned certification in Active Release Technique® and Contemporary (Neurofunctional) Medical Acupuncture.
Dr. Jeff has dedicated his education to health and wellness and has firsthand experience on how it imparts positive changes in life. As well, he has been an active participant in many sports throughout his life including: baseball, volleyball, golf, basketball and hockey.
Clinically, Dr. Jeff has an interest in treating both acute and chronic conditions and has a focus on active rehabilitation to restore his patient’s function; whether it is for sport or their daily activities.

BASc. AHN, MScPT - Physiotherapist
Stephanie is a graduate of the Masters of Science in Physical Therapy program at Queen’s University. She has an undergraduate degree in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph, and studies in Kinesiology and Health Science with a focus on Neurophysiology from York University. Stephanie continues to develop her skills through postgraduate courses in Active Release Technique (ART®), and functional training techniques. She is also an Acupuncture provider through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and is currently working on attaining her Diploma and designation as a Sports Physiotherapy.
Stephanie brings a breath of knowledge as an avid Ironman Triathlete competing in six full distance Ironman races, including Brazil, Lake Placid, Canada, and Mont Tremblant, and countless half Ironman races. Stephanie continues to train and she aims to qualify for the World Championships. Outside of triathlon, Stephanie continues to participate in running races, placing among the top in her age group and competing in the Provincial and National Track Cycling Championships at the Milton Velodrome. Outside of her passion for triathlon and running Stephanie is also a teacher of Classical Ballet, with 15 years of study in Cecchetti Ballet methodology.
Stephanie believes in a functional approach to treating pain and movement dysfunctions, where her aim is to help athletes recover and achieve optimal function in their sport and in life.

Tara is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she completed a four-year Honors degree majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences. She then completed a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Since graduating Tara has continued to develop her skills, completing courses in soft tissue techniques, McKenzie method, SFMA, concussion management, and obtained her acupuncture certification through the McMaster Medical Acupuncture Program.
Tara was a competitive dancer growing up, competing and choreographing at both the regional and national level. More recently she has gained an interest in running and triathlon, completing numerous races including the New York City Marathon.
Tara believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness and activity, and wants to help and guide her patients towards achieving their functional goals.

Steven attended the University of Waterloo where he completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Pre-Health Professions Option and showed a keen interest in working within the sporting realm and with athletes. It was there he began working with the Varsity Hockey Teams, primarily the Women’s team, as the equipment manager and team trainer and working in the Varsity Athletic Therapy Centre alongside the Certified Athletic Therapists. Afterwards he continued his education at Sheridan College, completing a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy and becoming a Certified Athletic Therapist through the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association. After this he decided to also attend the Ontario College of Health & Technology to complete a Diploma in Massage Therapy and become a Registered Massage Therapist. He has also taken courses on Soft Tissue Release and Fascial Taping techniques.
Steven has always been heavily involved in sports himself, he can still be found on the ice playing hockey, or on his bike, and even sometimes in the gym. He has worked with a wide range of athletes from various sports, as well as with the general public in different clinical settings. He’s been to the Dudley Hewitt Cup as a Team Therapist with the St. Michael’s Buzzers in 2013, and has won a Gold Medal with the Sheridan College Bruins at the 2014 Men’s National Soccer Championship. He uses the knowledge he’s gained from years working with athletes and the general public as an Athletic Therapist to effectively use Massage Therapy to help people heal faster and effectively, feel better, and perform better in their daily lives.
Currently he is a Team Therapist with the Varsity Athletic Therapist at Sheridan College.

Amanda completed her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and continued to do her post graduate certificate in Athletic Therapy at York University. During that time, she had worked with a multitude of sports including hockey, rugby, soccer, cheerleading, volleyball and basketball. Amanda then went on to complete her Diploma in Massage Therapy and will be completing her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program this summer.
Amanda has always been engaged in a healthy lifestyle, through her involvement in a variety of sports and exercise. Through her involvement in her own health, and the many teams she had the pleasure of working with, she has a firm understanding of injury rehabilitation and prevention. Amanda uses a variety of techniques including joint mobilization, soft tissue release, lymphatic drainage, and pain modulation techniques to restore the body to its optimal function.
Amanda has recently worked with the varsity teams at Ryerson University as well as with the U18 Women’s National hockey team, and the Men’s World Junior hockey team.

Cameron has been licensed and practicing as a registered Chiropodist since 1987. After several years of general practice, Cameron joined the teaching staff at Toronto General Hospital as a clinical instructor, and taught courses in sports medicine and orthotic design and manufacturing. This was followed by 13 years at a rehabilitation hospital where he specialized in high risk patient management, diabetic care and tissue trauma management. He joined Dynamic Health and Performance in 2008 seeing patients for orthotics and biomechanical issues and now at our new facility offers a complete range of footcare treatment options.

Olivia is a graduate of Western University where she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree and specialized in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Olivia is a nutritionist who has been trained to offer the Metabolic Care Program. The Metabolic Care Program is a medically approved nutrition program that provides nutrition solutions for weight loss, weight gain, sport performance, digestive issues and disease management. Whether your goal is to lose, gain, or maintain your weight, you will learn WHAT, HOW, WHEN and WHY to eat. Olivia works individually with patients to develop safe, simple and successful nutrition programs.
Growing up as a competitive dancer Olivia has always been engaged in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Olivia remains committed to maintaining her healthy lifestyle as she is a competitive dance coach, and a certified personal training specialist. She also is continuing her nutrition education at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to obtain both a dietetic and holistic approach to nutrition. Olivia believes that optimal health is a result of being active, managing stress and sleep, and of course manageable nutrition!
